What to do with dry croissants?

I have 3 butter croissant's and don't want to throw them away. What could I make them?

  • oh, you can make french toast in the morning. You can make a casserole type, or cut them in half and grill like you would bread. You can fill it with warm apples if you like. (like apple pie filling) or sweet cream cheese and berries.

  • use in a stuffing for chicken or fish. You can put them in the freezer if you don't feel like that today. the breadpuddings ( sweet or savory) are good too. If you just toast them it will "freshen" them up.
