What a good recipe for lemon and chicken?

  • I just typically buy Lemon Pepper, give it a good dose and it's yummy! I love Chinese lemon chicken but don't know how to make it. I'm sure there's lots of people who use fresh lemon though.

  • I like to make a honey-lemon glaze.

    You take about 1/2 C lemon juice, 1-2T of honey (depending on consistency you like), and whole mustard seeds.

    You brown the chicken on a skillet (I usually use breast meat), and right before it's done, I add the sauce until it thickens a bit.

    I serve it with rice and some type of veggie.

  • Lay the chicken out in a shallow baking pan (it can be bone-in or boneless). Cut the lemons up into quarters and put them in the corners of the pan. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash Garlic&Herb or another salt-free seasoning you like over all. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes for boneless, an hour for bone-in.
