There's another video that they offer that you can actually load to your harddrive and keep an icon on the desktop so that you don't even have to get online, to access. I love these. They work well.
Be sure and dress in workout clothes on the days you want to workout, and go ahead and put sneakers on, do some stretches first thing and then one of these metabolism kickers and you'll start your day with a load of energy and be ready to do your walks or workouts with the kids.
Put this together with 1500 cals of good food and I promise you'll lose.
