right here darling!!!! get a package of sweet cornbread mix (or Jiffy brand and add some sugar)
pat the dogs dry (don't use a natural casing dog) and put on a stick
The hardest part is finding the right size pot to cook them in. they need to be pretty much submerged with hot oil and you need room at the top to be wary of overflow! Then it's 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes until golden. Just dip and fry. Oh, add to the oil slow so that a slight crust will form and prevent it from sinkink and sticking to the pot. Vertical is best but I think you might be able to pull off horizontal. YUMMY!!! I Love a good cornDog! The fancy restaurants are making them with LOBSTER insted of a wienner!
