ok so i am having meat loaf for dinner tonight. what side shoudl i have with it that are too fatteneing since the meat loaf really is?

  • or "skinny" mashed potatoes (sub cauliflower for the spuds, cook and mash em up.

  • The cauliflower idea is great. If you mean a starchy side, why don't you make some baked potatoes, they aren't very fattening.

  • Mashed sweet potatoes. Use skim milk and easy on the butter.
