How can I explain someone's temperament?

I'm doing a family questionnaire for my BIL and I'm stuck on explaining his temperament & what he can work on to make himself better. Please help I know you all don't know him but, at this point anything helps. Giving me examples will help. I have been stuck for hours...lol

  • Using the words "i feel" instead of "you" are a more positive form to get your feelings across. Taking the blamed direction off of someone and putting more towards you makes an approach easier. Like this----'I feel " you are hogging up the bathroom and I really need to get to work on time, rather than----"YOU" NEED TO GET THE #@%$ OUT OF THE WAY before I have a nervous break down!! See this difference? lol
