  • You're freakin nuts. Do you know how dangerous that is, especially if you're not full term?

  • Trying to stimulate yourself into going into labor (which only works if your body is ready to go into labor) where your water MAY or MAY NOT break because of it is a lot different than trying to break your own water at home. To try to stimulate labor to see if your body is ready to start labor, try spicey foods, long walks, sex and nipple stimulation.

DO NOT try to break your own water at home. Why is everyone always in such a hurry? The discomfort you feel now would be NOTHING compared to how you would feel if something bad happened to your baby because of it.

  • AROM, artificial rupture of membranes increase your risk of an infection, cord prolapse, fetal death etc. Why risk it? Seriously?! Do women no longer care about their babies, only themselves?
