5 months and wanna loose weight please help

before pregnancy i was not fat but right now i am not feeling good with my weight what can i do to just grow my belly and not the whole bodie

  • keep active, don't over eat, my doc said 2000 calories a day is just fine.

  • walk a lot and eat fruits and veggies. Oh, and nothing fried.

  • eat healthy stuff, that whole balanced diet. And exercize. Not only will that help you keep your shape but that will help get your muscles ready for the baybay!
