  • By having a genetic disposition for them. There's really no method or anything you can do to have twins. You'll either release two eggs, or you won't, or your egg will split or it won't. Sorry!

  • You have 2 options that I know of to concieve twins.
    1. Invitro
    2. God's will

    Sorry but good luck

  • Naturally, family history and advanced maternal age will predispose someone to have twins. The use of fertility medications such as Clomid, gonal F, follistim will cause the release of more than one egg each cycle regardless of whether invitro, artificial insemination or just old fashioned sex is the means for which the eggs to be fertilized. Unfortunately it is hard to control the number of eggs released 2 vs 10, and these medications all have some serious side effects.
