**PLEASE HELP**still looking for a good boys name

I need a good boys name both my husband and I can agree on. We both like Jack & Colin however we are afraid both of these names are too common(both in the top 50) I would like any suggestions, for great first names and also middle names to go with Jack or Colin. Our baby is due soon so anything would be helpful, also we have a daughter named Madelyn if that is of any help. Thank you in advance for your time and consideraton!!!

  • If my dd Madilyn would have been a boy she would have been Hudson.

I think Hudson sounds strong and unique but not weird.

  • What is your maiden name? I see some people using that as a middle name for a child. I like that idea, especially if there is no one to pass it on...

  • I like colin if it goes well with the last name. I like the different names and thought my son Owen would not be so common, wrong. Now I wish I went with Oscar or Oliver. I also like Jamison, Hunter and Wylie. How about Jackson, they cold call him Jack for short. Just my thoughts as a mom of a two year old. Good luck. I know I struggled too.

  • I didn't have a name picked out until i saw my daughter, named her Melody daddies choice, but undecided at the time. This pregnancy i thought i was having a girl but hoped for a boy and actually picked a name Liam which means guardian/protector. Madelyn & Liam. Adrian would be good 2.

  • Jack Elliott or Jack Preston

Colin Alexander or Colin Maddox ( Maddox is similar to your daughter name Madilyn)

I do like the name "Christian" for a boy

Good Luck I'm sure what ever you name him it will be special!

  • I'm pregnant with my third son and his name is Lucas. My other boys are Tyler and Ryne. DH loves Ryne Sandberg! LOL! However, his name is one syllable, and people still mispronounce it as "Ry-an".
