  • I have always suffered migraines. During my second pregnancy I was having them 5-6 times a week. My midwife told me I could take Excedrin Tension Headache. She said to take two with a large mountain dew. It worked for me every time. I still use it as my regular migraine medications now.

It only has Tylenol and caffeine in it. So it is safe during pregnancy.

  • Yes caffeine works wonders on headaches! Also I like to use a back of frozen peas on my feels so good when you have a headache. And if you can afford it get a facial, the massage is awesome for a headache!
