  • The fact of the matter is that President Bush not President Obama created this situation. Those prisioners were never given any type of trial, even a military tribunal. Most were non-conbatents and most weren't guilty of any wrong doing.

  • you know that these other countries will be asking for money to house these prisoners money that we do not have. so no not a good idea.

  • "Those prisoners" are ENEMY COMBATANTS...they are not citizens of the United States. They are not entitled to the rights afforded by our justice system--such as a speedy trial. They're lucky we don't behead them, as AMERICANS would have been had they been found to be "enemy combatants" in a country that supports "man made disasterists!"
