  • I love grilled corn on the cob too, wrap it in foil with some butter, yum. Also you can go with potato salad, baked beans, cole slaw

  • LANDENSMOMMYlmk...for our ribs, I cut them up in 3 or 4 rib portions, put them in a pot and simmer them in beer on the stove for 3 hours. Then I get them out and dry them off...and smother them in Stubb's BBQ sauce (i'm not sure if it's available all over the country tho) and put them on the grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side (to give them that smoked flavor), rubbing BBQ sauce on them almost constantly. The alcohol in the beer cooks out and give the ribs an awesome flavor. A 6 pack of 12 oz bottles covers about 2 racks of ribs. We usually use Samuel Adams, Irish red.

  • I'd do baked potatoes or potato salad and a big pot of pinto beans (those are good cooked with beer too). Corn on the cob sounds good too.
