I am 31 weeks and 3 days and i am having alot of lower pains why?

i have had these pains for about a week now but now are alot more and mostly when the baby moves it is like she is putting a;ot of pressure down there. is this something i should worry about?

  • could be ligaments could just be your baby getting in to place and pushing down .

  • could e ligaments. i asked my doc about the same thing and he said "you have a 4lb bowling ball sitting there of course its going ot hurt!" i wouldnt stress

  • lower pains in your back or in your belly?
    if it's your back, try drinking more water and sitting up straight and find back support.
    if it's in your belly (feels like a pulling sensation on each side) then drink red raspberry leaf tea. it helps with many minor aches and pains of pregnancy (and beyond).
    And BTW it's good for your uterus and pregnancy.

    Seven years ago there was a flurry of warnings over the web not to use large amounts of raspberry leaf(only European raspberry) during early pregnancy. I always take the safe road, so I cautioned pregnant ladies to only drink a cup or two a day of raspberry until they were 5 months along. Now trusted researchers go on record as saying that Raspberry is safe for pregnant women. Here are two sources that are respected and helpful. Debi Pearl
