  • There aren't any shortage of cows. There is just a shortage of people wanting to send cows to people who would need them. I am as in love with science as the next person (if not more so) but sometimes we just complicate things too much. Would I drink it? If it was safe, probably, it's milk. It is human experimentation and cloning I have a problem with.

With humans, does the clone have rights? If I am cloned, do I own my clone (owning another human being)? Am I able to sentence my clone to death if I need his/her organs? What about the feelings of my clone knowing that he/she isn't an individual (or IS he/she?) and is only here in case I get sick? I could go on. You don't get those ethical dilemas with animals (well, at least I don't). Human cloning is the part of cloning that I have a problem with.

  • I dont really drink milk to begin with I am intolerant to dairy but I honestly dont know if I did drink milk if I would drink it from cloned cows. It just seems like at least right now there might be some "bugs" to work out

  • No. Like my gramma used to say - "the real deal is ALWAYS better." They will probably find lots of health issues down the road with cloned cows.
