  • I think they are both nice names. But Finlay is a name of a WWE Irish wrestler, so if you name herre that, just be forewarned.

  • What's wrong with Cricket? There's an Apple running around. And those are no where near as odd as some names I have heard. There is actually a Deshaun Mandick (Do-Shawn Man Dick) running around out there somewhere.

  • i don't like either... there was a girl in school we nickenamed cricked & i made up a song (i was like 8) about her "cricket in the grass, gonna kick your ass" horrible i know lol

  • I think Cricket would be cute for a nickname, but not a legal name. Finlay is a wrestler so that name is destined for name calling

  • There was a character on a soap opera from like 20 years ago named Cricket. It seemed to work for her, but personally, I wouldn't name my kid after a bug. Finley sounds like a fine name for a pet, but not for a person.
