  • My kids are grown now..So this holiday (Easter)..I do not celebrate anymore..And I am happy about that. Less $$$ out of my pocket

  • lol I don't cook anything special for Easter. It's just a normal day for me, probably cuz my baby is not even a year old yet lol

  • Don't know what I'm making yet....we have friends coming for the weekend...so I will probably check to see if there is something that they either can't eat or really don't want to eat and go from there.
    I'd love to make Lamb...

  • Red Lobster is cooking ours(my sons idea)... It's just going to be myself and our 12 yr old son... Everyone else will be gone.

  • I don't cook for Easter. My mil does. Every year we have capretto o agnellino al forno (sp?) It's a spit roasted baby lamb. She is Italian straight off the boat. And Easter is a big holiday for her. So we indulge. lol

  • This will be the first year away from MIL, who usually does the cooking. I haven't though about it but will probably go with ham.
