Wake your son at 6am, then lay him down for a nap about 8am (two hours after he first wakes). Afternoon nap around 12/1pm until 2:30, dinner at 5pm, bedtime around 6/7pm. You have to train them into a sleeping pattern. This kind of a schedule seems to be pretty basic and most of the little ones I know are on similar schedules.
