How can I get my son to sleep in his bed and go to bed eariler then he does?

  • How old? Does he sleep in his bed for naps?

  • More info definitely needed.

    This is our schedule for the twins who are 28 mos:
    Wake between 6:30 and 7
    Nap at 1p.m.
    Bed time 7pm (athough by the time we're done with teeth and stories it's more like 7:30)

  • Wake your son at 6am, then lay him down for a nap about 8am (two hours after he first wakes). Afternoon nap around 12/1pm until 2:30, dinner at 5pm, bedtime around 6/7pm. You have to train them into a sleeping pattern. This kind of a schedule seems to be pretty basic and most of the little ones I know are on similar schedules.
