can he have yogurt?

Is it ok to give my 10 month old son yogurt? Ithought they couldn't have dairy yet bt hubby thinks its fine.

  • I actually just researched this... yes, you can give him yogurt as early as 6 months. Yogurt and cheese have different cultures than cow's milk that make it easier to digest, so it is safe to give them. My dd is 8 months old and started on YoBaby yogurt this week....she loves it! She'll eat a 4 oz container in about 5 minutes flat. If you are concerned, ask your pediatrician.

  • YoBaby is great for babies & young children. I work in a grocery store and have looked at EVERY single yogurt we carry and that one, though more expensive has the least sugar in it by far..
