sun while pregnant

I am going to the beach in June, I will be 7 months preggo. Is it ok to get in the sun or do I need to stay in the shade at all times? Or is it ok to just wear sun screen?

  • Wear the highes sun screen possible. You don't have to stay in the shade all the time. Being in the sun is good for you. Just don't over due it.

  • yes you can go out in the sun it would be smart to wear sun screen and bring tons of water with youbut dont be shocked if you find that you cant sit in the sun for small periods of time while you are pregnant you get very easily over heated so just becare and dont go by your self incase something happens use the water as a quick cool off point if you feel like you cant hang any more. your body will tell you if you can sit in the sun or if you have to sit in the shade but have fun

  • the sun gives us natural nutrients, but when your pregnant be carefull out in the sun because it can raise your body temperature and thats not good for your baby. So i say if you feel too hot stay in the shade.

  • well i dont think theres anything thing wrong with bein in the sun while your pregnant i went to florida when i was pregnant went to the far the beach adult play worlds every where in the sun and i was fine without sun screen..
