  • Well, I usually crave sweets at night time. I started getting organice chocolate,which is better for you. Or those 100 calorie pack cookies or something. Or fruit.

  • pretzels, popcorn, I love the 100 calorie mini cupcakes and cookies, caramel or chocolate mini rice cakes, sugar free fudge bar or Klondike has a good sugar free icecream sandwich and icecream bar

  • Sometimes cold cereal works! You can even get a sweet one. (one serving is usually pretty low calorie).
