does brewers yeast help with breast milk prodution

has anyone use this if so please give me your experience or any other recommendations

  • never heard that brewers yeast would help....

    eat oatmeal for breakfast (real, rolled oats, not instant stuff), drink lots of water. you can drink mother's milk tea, or take fenugreek (enough so that your urine and sweat smell like maple syrup). there are also herbal lactation blends you can find at a health food store.

    reglan is sometimes prescribed to increase milk production. domperidone is prescribed in canada but they don't use it in the USA

    nurse as often as possible, and pump afterward to make sure the breasts are emptied. its a supply and demand scenario, so the more milk you and your baby demand, the more your body will produce

  • Oatmeal cookies. U can add brewers yeast to them. I have a great lactation cookie recipe. Works wonders. Let me know if u want it
