How can I stay in shape....

I just found out that I'm pregnant again adn I haven't lost the weight yet from my first child. What can I do besides walking? I'm not very far along and I've not yet seen the Dr. I've got a 10mos old now that is active. I just need something to do cause I'm afraid of weighing like 200 lbs!

  • Yoga. It helps with the birth as well as keeps you in shape.

  • walking helps a lot though...i just went on a hike with my parents yesterday...and sometimes I walk to the grocery store
