What's wrong with my Morning Glories?

I'm growing Morning Glory flowers for the first time. And they're still young sprouts. (They're about 6 inches tall now.) But they aren't standing up any more. Is this normal or am I killing my flowers?

  • Do you have a fence, pole or trellis that they can climb? Morning glories are climbers and if you provide something they can wrap around as they're growing, they should be fine.

  • It's too early for morning glories outside, you need something for them to climb up on.
Next year just put them in the ground near a post or trellis when the ground is warm enough for you to sit on for about 10 minutes.
