  • I switched my kids to a sippy cup at 12 months. They no longer need to be on a bottle after 1 year. You should be feeding her baby food 3 times a day and giving her plenty of milk or formula in a sippy cup. I would give her a cup after every baby food feeding, plus one around 4 pm and another just before bed. She will let you know when she is hungry. They are all different.

  • At 1 year with my daughter she was still nursing 2 times a day (not sure how much she was getting) plus she was drinking milk and juice with every meal, eating solids 3 times a day with a snack inbetween lunch and dinner, and nursing right before nap time and bedtime.

  • 6:30am Gerber Stage 2 Fruit & Cereal Bar
    9:30am Banana
12:00pm 6oz. Homemade baby food (Broccoli, carrots, spinach, sweet potato, squash)
    2:00pm Yogurt Juice
3:30pm Cut up Cheese Stick and Grapes
5:00ish Pretty much whatever we eat for dinner (Chicken, Steak, Veggies, Bread, etc.)

My daughter stopped drinking any kind of formula when she was 9 months old. I tried every kind and she refused. So she doesn't get any formula. I also keep a sippy cup of water for her to drink throughout the day.
