I am scared. Any words of encouragement?

  • I encourage you to seek a therapist or someone online who can talk you through self-meditation so that you can practice it during the procedure. It really works and will keep you calm.
I wish you all the best. It will be over before you know it. Use humor to set the mood as you are being prepped (Did everyone wash their hands?).

  • If you have confidence in your surgeon then don't be afraid. I have had several surgeries. I just didn't want the inevitable pain, but I wasn't afraid. Keep a possitive outlook. You will heal better.
