runny nose on a 5 month old

my 5 month old has had a runny nose all day what could it possibly be?

  • A runny nose could actaully be caused by teething.

  • If there are no other symptoms it may be allergies. My kids get them this timae of year and that is the only symptom they have. My son was prescribed Zyrtec at 6 months, maybe ask your pediatrician about it if you think thats what it is.
