How do you lose inches? I cant seem to get ride of my love handles or my POUCH in the front? Do any of you have it?

  • Your probably going to need to do a modified crunch. Which means, doing something like crossing your legs while doing crunches or when you come up from a crunch pull to the side. Also, use a weight ball. Lift with your arms than bring your feet up to meet your arms in the middle. All this is going to tighten up those areas. To actually loose weight, eating right and cardio is going to do that. Yoga will also help with both these areas.

  • Pilates and reverse crunches should help. As should a little bit of cardio.

    I need some extra help with my loose skin so I am using a body wrap.

  • Cardio exercise is what burns fat. I don't do crunches, instead I do strength training and core building exercises. Crunches don't target all the ab muscles.
    By doing strength training and core building exercises you will tone and sculpt your body.
