Has anybody used the Geed Squad from Best Buy? Good or bad?

  • I did once...they did fix my computer, but they were kinda pricey and slow.

  • it's Geek Squad LOL.... my ex brother in law is a geek squad guy idk about their services but he's super smart

  • They have helped me and my guys out in a pinch...Very educated I can say that for sure! The one in particular (who I won't name) helped get my IP tracker set up, however he did it on his time OFF work, not on Best Buys time!!

  • they charge around 60 per hour so when i went there they got mine fixed for 30 dollars it was a minor thing but if it needs major help like a virus removed its 200.00 add 100.00 more going to your home!! i rather buy a Dell for that price!! lol

  • I would just like to tell all of you, that I did end up using the Geek Squad, and was very happy I did. I was trying to connect my son's PS3 to the internet w/ a wireless router I bought. It took them 45 mins and they charged my $119.99. It was worth every penny of it! I would definitely recommend them!
