can someone do me a favor??

I need to know the protien, carb, and calorie count of 1 medium size egg. I am keeping track of my intake. thanks!!

  • Try the Daily Plate at It has a food diary and a database with all of that information in it. It's really easy and totally free. You just search for the food you ate and it keeps track of that stuff for you. You can also save meals if you eat the same thing a lot.

    According to this website, there's 78 calories in a whole egg and only 17 in the egg white. I don't know about the cholesterol and all that. Is there a web-site on the egg carton that you can go to? It may give you all the nutritional info there. : ) Good luck with the diet!!!
