  • Everything but the oink? I've seen it made on food network.. I haven't tried it, but I would!

  • Yes, and I don't live in the same place I tried it. I tried it in PA a very long time ago...not bad. If I remember they fried or cooked it up for breakfast....oh man...that was so long ago.

  • Yes I live in Wa state but we don't eat that stuff over here. I heard about if from a friend who I thought was pulling my leg...had to look it up one day...

  • I don't think anyone actually knows what scrapple is made of. I don't think anyone would WANT to know lol. It's a hodgepodge of pork bi-products.

  • When I was In campfire girls, we called an egg dish scrapple. When we were on camp outs we would cook eggs, potatoes, sausages all together and cook over the campfire. I understand that people in the south call something completely different scrapple. But if you were in Campfire Girls in Wa state, that is scrapple.
