it's all fine and dandy unless they're performing maintenance or something... because some days i can't use the internet at all.. but it has been a while since then.
tv.s great too until they get you to order extra channels.. if you do one of those "three month trials" make sure you cancel before the three months ends if you're no longer pleased with it, cuz they'll hit you with a huge bill.
our home phones were also a bit static-ish for a while. we had to get a guy from verizon to figure it out then come back and fix it.
otherwise.. it's pretty good. can't complain too much.
