Which ab exercise seemed to give you the most results? And how soon did you begin to start seeing those results?

  • The "hover" or "Plank" does WONDERS. i'm no athlete, but i've gotten major compliments on how slim i've been getting. they say these moves work your CORE really well, so its a deep, strong ab workout and its very slimming. i think you can google "hover ab exercise" or on wikipedia. i bet they have pictures. i also LOVE the bicycle - thats a good one, with a weight, to add resistance. slow moves, to work every little inche of the ab..i've noticed a difference!! :) good luck

  • Pilates works wonders:) Within a matter of weeks I could see and feel the results, and that was at home using a 15 min DVD.
