  • watch your calorie intake, work out, drink lots of water, walk alot. take good care of your body. have a positive attitude. . . . dont give up!
    I think we all know how to lose weight, we just dont want to do what it takes because it takes change & well change is hard!!

  • Good answer MommaTasha. Also, if you lose too fast,you put it on again easier. Its a lifestyle change: Eat fewer calories and make a choice of better,healthier foods. Exercise, walk,lift weights. Good Luck!
