i am 5 months pregnant and i eat all the time will it hurt the baby

i think i have been overeating is that ok or bad .

  • its fine as long as you eat healthy and dont over due the junk food . remember in pregnancy its not eating for 2 you really only need about 300 more calories ,.

  • there's nothing wrong with eating a lot, just try to eat somewhat healthy food. i gained 50 pounds when i was pregnant and now i'm having a really hard time getting rid of it

  • ok thanks for all the answers it was a crazy question i know but i cant stop eating or thinking about food i have a 14 year old but its been a long time and i did not do this with her lol.

  • I feel awful if I don't keep food down regularly. I really wouldn't worry about it. If you're worried about your weight go for walks or do some pre natal work outs. Or just wait until you have the baby and then have fun setting a weight goal for yourself and accomplishing it.
