  • My son isn't a veggie eater and that bothers me but I guess we have to get more creative. I was told to steam them and mash them in with fruits he will eat, or applesauce if he likes that in with other things. trying out of the norm veggies - maybe even putting a cream sauce or something on them? Good luck. My son isn't too picky but I understand how frustrating it can be when you worry they aren't getting enough nutrients.

  • Dont give him bread for a while. Just give him what you have fixed for him to eat. He will probably protest that and ask for bread/something else, but if you don't give in, he will eat what he has available. He won't starve himself. You will have to be consistant.
