Does anyone know if Canadian citizens get fingerprinted when entering the USA?

  • no. at least not on the VT boarder. otherwise you would run out of gas waiting for customs to get through every one.

  • Not at the Detroit/Windsor border. I have lots of friends in Canada and they've never been printed coming over to visit (I'm just north of Detroit).

  • I don't believe so, just like mexicans don't get fingerprinted coming to the US

  • I think it's if you're coming through an airport everyone is fingerprinted now.

  • The tanning salon I go to requires you to give fingerprints when you sign up for their membership. How odd is that. lol.
