Any Easter Basket Ideas for Tweens?

Bible, Chocolate, If they are girls: lipgloss, jewelry, perfume, CD's
If they are boys: cologne, wallet, CD's,

my mom always did individual things for us. of course we got candy, but she would also get us a certain CD, gift card, and special note.

I forgot to say, they are tween boys!

small gift certificates/cards (like $10 to walmart or a fave store), if they have ipods or zunes gift cards to those markets online, dvds, sunglasses, hats, ( i always theme our baskets around stuff that can be done outside since its getting warm but my daughter is 3 so whatever they can use outside...)

For my 2 boys, I am giving them Green & Blacks chocolate bars, a gift card for EB Games and a spring outfit.

Green & Blacks has no chemicals that will lead to teenage acne, EB games because they LOVE to buy new games & the outfit to wear when this crazy weather warms up!

Swim team is upon us, so I usually fill the girls baskets (I have 3 girls 11,13,15) with swim things like googles, towel, swim suit (that they have already tried on at the store) towel and caps , a cross necklaces and a gift card to the movies or skating rink. I can't put candy because my youngest is a diabetic (Type 1) so we had to come up with other things.

I let my boys pick their own things for the baskets.

Movie tickets have always been a huge hit with my boys...who are now 18 & 16....I started doing that when they were tweens & they LOVE it to this day...we have also gotten them Arch cards (McDonald's gift card), sunglasses, new beach towels, goggles, body wash & spray that they like a new shirt to wear for church on Easter...musical toothbrushes are good with all the candy! A favorite movie with popcorn, candy & soda that they like along with a certificate for tv time to watch it without anyone complaining, certificates to have control of the radio in the car, tv for one night, pick the dinner for a night, chore pass...things like that you can make yourself & stuff them inside Easter eggs. Also...we did a hunt with my boys when they were that age. We left a clue & then sent them looking for an egg with the next clue in it...the last clue told them where to find their Easter basket. They LOVED it!

My boys (10 and 12) are into Tech Deck, Bakugan, CD's, DVD's, movie theater tickets, baseball caps, sports balls for whatever sports they play, basic boy stuff!
