  • Oh Polo can you send me your address?!! I'm cooking small because its just the two of us and we're on a tight budget. A more fattening than usual small meal and a meal at our aunts house who always does a huuuuge spread.

  • no big meal this year for us. dh is deployed and my mom and dad are working so my lil bro will be coming over for dinner it'll just be him, me and my 3 yr old. so i'll make a small presliced ham, baked potatoes, rolls and a veggie. then a cheesecake for dessert

  • I'm actually thinking about just having sandwiches with lunchmeat (low sodium turkey, and ham if I can find it ~ my dad had open-heart surgery not quite 2 months ago, and my brother's family will have the normal Easter meal with his in-laws the following day and he has small children, so I want to accomodate everyone). I will probably have raw veggies and dip, devilled eggs, and I'm not sure what else yet. Of course, lots of desserts!
