  • Veal and a fancy side . . j/k. I have no idea yet, but dh has off tonight, so I will definitely cook. I'm thinking I will make some Adobo chicken, arroz con gandules and sauteed zucchini. YUM!

  • Leftovers. Yesterday I had a pound of ground beef that I needed to use, a package of crescent rolls that was past its date, and a package of shredded cheese that was just past its date. I wanted to use these things up right then, so I looked online for a recipe and was amazed to find one that used all three things plus a can of cream of mushroom soup. And the casserole was very tasty! So anyway, tonight is leftover hamburger, crescent roll, and cheese casserole, and leftover cauliflower.
