How do I grill pork chops?

How do I make sure they're not dry? what Temperature do I grill them at? They are about a half inch thick.
...AND what are your favorite spices for them? (I only have 45 minutes until I grill them, so a marinade is out of the question.)

  • i would use garlic salt and pepp. i woul dcook over medium heat. and flip every 5 min or so till their done! Happy Eating!

  • S & P are fine with me. or use just about any salad dressing you have in the frige. Poulrty seasoning is tastyand so is honey mustard ot soy and ginger. grill about 5 minutes per side. over coking is what dries them out.
