Will you help me?

Do you know if you can feed an 11 month old salmon? I mean with no seasoning just the fish.

Fish makes the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology's list of most common food allergens, so many experts recommend that you introduce it slowly and only after your child's first birthday, when his immune and digestive systems are more developed. If your family has a history of allergies — hay fever, asthma, or food allergies, for example — experts recommend holding off until at least age 3.

  • They say you can introduce fish after baby's first birthday. They are worried about allergies. I don't think it would be a big deal if you introduced it now, though. Just give your baby a little bit. JMO
