I am 14 weeks pregnant and my lower back hurts so bad any ideas to make it go away?

  • take a warm shower and take 2 tylonal (unless ur doc told u that u cant) and lay on ur left side

  • I would never have made it through the last bit without dancing. literally constantly swaying my hips side to side to stretch them helped my lower back so much.

  • do you still sleep on your back at night. I know occasionally(more than that unfortunately) I find myself sleeping on my back and it hurts so bad the next day. A warm shower or bath usually helps.

  • Try these within your ability. You may want to have your OB look at them, but so far I've been able to do them all to some degree and it really helps.
