my 4 weeks old baby is drooling right after feeding. Is that normal?

  • lol. normal. and unstoppable. lol have fun! babies like to drool when they are teething. I know he's young. but there are some babies even born with teeth so there's no real age for these things. keep an eye on his/her habits. such as drooling, slight temperature, trying to put anything possible in their mouth (usually something hard), slightly irritable....good luck!

  • Babies saliva glands begin to mature between 1 months of age and 4 months. By nature, a baby will thrust it's tongue forward. They don't understand to swallow all that extra slobber and push it out instead. It's totally normal...and doesn't always mean that they are teething.
