how to control late night cravings

my boyfriend works the 3 to 11 shift and i like to stay up and wait for him most nights but when i do i always get hungry and end up eating junk. ive been trying to diet and i do really good during the day then for some reason at night i dont want any thing healthy lol what do i do to stop this??

  • chew gum. lots of gum. i don't know what your dental routine is like at night but mine is so long that it's enough to deter me from eating.
