What did you do to lose your baby weight?

Especially being realistic... work full time, etc. I gained like 60 lbs during my pregnancy and need some motivation and ideas to get rid of the rest of the weight! thanks

  • All you need is 40-60 minutes every day. Start by establishing a good efficient cardio routine. Find your target heart zone (too long to put here, Google it) and make sure your cardio gets you to your target zone and keeps you there for 15 minutes (at least, but not over 30) then do a 5-minute cool-down. After you've got your cardio set up and working for you, add in some weight training with light weights (Google "modified pyramid system for weight training"). A great addition is a good core strength workout, Abs For Dummies is a great one.
