Yeah that is a hard one, on both. I would try quitting the soda first. When you go to fast food restaurants ask for water, or a water bottle, or tea and dont put sweetener in it. Then once you get that down start limiting the amount of fast food you eat in a week. No more than three times, then the next two, or what ever method works for you. Before you know it you will be all done.
