  • So we should save the world? Newsflash, the money we are spending right now isn't really ours. It's borrowed. Who has 10 billion they can pull out of their magic hat? Hey, maybe George Soros will share his fortune.

  • Spending $450 billion for Christmas is cool? When children are given formula made with dirty water and dying everyday?

  • we could fly in a year's supply of fluoridated bottled water to every citizen of these countries without clean water, and it will never get to them, because the dictators of these countries prevent it from reaching the people they control. but, who are we to impose our way of life on them....let them eat cake!

  • anon: 32- flying in water isn't the answer. Giving the gift of simple technology- digging wells, putting in pumps- that is the answer.

  • When you really think about all the atrocities that happen all over the world it can really weigh you down. I'm glad there's people out there like you and me and milions of others who actually care.

  • okay, then the dictators of these countries will prohibit the gift of simple technology! do you see the pattern?

oppressed people are oppressed because they allow someone to oppress them. you know how americans are allowing a marxist liberal president oppress them little by little each and every day?
