  • You can still take a pregnancy test whether or not he has ejaculated inside of you. That doesn't matter at all.

  • to be truthful there is really only a few days that you can get pregnant. but here is a copy off of the internet.
    Maximizing fertility

When you're trying to conceive, consider these simple do's and don'ts.

    * Have sex regularly. If you consistently have sex two or three times a week, you're almost certain to hit a fertile period at some point. For healthy couples who want to conceive, there's no such thing as too much sex. For many couples, this may be all it takes.
    * Have sex once a day near the time of ovulation. Daily intercourse during the days leading up to ovulation may increase the odds of conception. Although your partner's sperm concentration will drop slightly each time you have sex, the reduction isn't usually an issue for healthy men.
With frequent unprotected sex, most healthy couples conceive within one year. Others need a bit of help.

  • If you do it every other night it would be better he needs to be able to get his sperm count back up.... so just try that.... and try to calculate when you ovulate and be sure to do it on those days

  • Once you have finished your period, have sex every other night (to build up his sperm count) for about 2 weeks. Most women ovulate between cycle day 12-16. Those are the only days you can get pregnant. Oh, the first day of your period is cycle day 1. If you have a 28 day cycle, most likely you will ovulate around day 14 so then start having sex around cycle day 10 and you'll be fine. Sperm can live for 48 hours so you'll be good if you ovulate early. Good luck!
